Self Improvement Living

When we live life with integrity, love and honesty, we get a glimpse of what living joyfully is all about.  When we make a decision to be joyful we are letting the universe and its hidden laws, embrace and build a bridge between our mind and heart.  Now when we choose to have happy thoughts we are releasing a mixture of neurotransmitter chemicals, from the brain to the body.  Now having this bridge built connected from our brain to the heart we letting these chemicals penetrate our body and without a doubt the heart feels rejoice and at ease automatically.  Mind you this happens on a sub-conscious level.  And if we make a conscious decision to train our mind to have this happy thoughts, we are supporting this bridge that unites the heart and body.  Conscious decision influences the sub-conscious mind.  The sub-conscious mind cannot separate the difference between a conscious  action or experience as to a thought, experiencing this action or experience, only the conscious mind can do that.  So we could say that consciously we can programmed  our sub-conscious mind to feel joy.

Joyful Living.

The Importance of Having a Joyful State of Mind, will bring you all the blessings that you deserve in this life time, making that choice is something that we do as kids, and to really live a joyful life is to be in touch with the child in you.  I think as adults sometimes we get caught up in the every day relations that we have, and because of the condition that we have grown to, in how we associate with society and this world we tend to forget that we are here to express our joys to a maximum state of being, and grow internally with the curiosity, creative expression and joy as a kid posses.  I would like to ask you,….  Are you willing to give it a try and connect with the child in you?, By contemplating with your creative thoughts and desires to fulfill your dreams, what would you change about you, to let the joy surround you with love and peace at heart?

First of all my apologies for not writing posts more often, and in time you will see that I will get more consistent with it.  I know that there shouldn’t be any excuses when it comes to something that you are passionate about.

And that’s why I’m writing this post.  You see, honesty in what ever you may do in your life takes a lot of integrity, courage and responsibility for the actions that you take.  As you can see that this, is a  new and fresh blog and as I’m writing new content, the more experienced I will gain the more you relax and let you spirit guide you, of course that backed up with knowledge can make a big difference in how you communicate with you audience and enhance people’s life.  I’ve chosen this topic Honesty In The Walk To Freedom, for various reasons, one being the journey taken to achieved great success in what ever that you might choose in life, and the other for self improvement in the different areas of your life.  Honesty when practice to its full purpose can speed the cycle for you to reach your highest potential in the many opportunities that come your way.  Honesty comes in various different forms.

• Honesty in how you communicate towards others

• Honesty in how you feel in certain situations

• Honesty in your self talk, mindset

• Honesty in the way you earn your living

Why is it so important to live your life honestly.

Honesty empowers oneself to have the experience in a life full of opportunities that come our way.  It also can be such a trusting way you can teach others by example.  Honesty within ourselves will guide us into achieving our full potential in areas of our lives and obviously in situations which will progress our growth in many ways.  By living honestly you portrait transparency in character that other people perceive and feel at ease in your presence and therefore being in such situation people will feel comfortable knowing that they are getting good feedback and enhance good communication that can take anybody to new heights in what ever circumstance they find themselves to be in, and in to my experience, in such circumstances, opportunities arises in many different form, and it all depends in what state of mind that you are at, as to how you can see the opportunity at hand.  When we talk about honesty we talk about love, because there is really no honesty if there is no love.  Love and honesty go hand by hand.  And most of us want to feel love, want to have that love in our hearts.  When we act with love honestly comes naturally.  Sincerity and trust encourage us to move on in life and when we truly accept this gift of honesty given to all of us, it can really transform the way you see and feel, who you are and what  is around you.

A Way in which honesty can be a tool.

Since passion is growing in me for writing content on a blog, I must honestly share with you, that when you become aware of the information overload that the Internet can provide, which can cause confusion into making a decision as to what would work for you or what will not, and with my experienced surfing the net doing research, I have come across to some really genuine blogs, that enhance peoples life, and share valued information, as to all the hype out there that scams promote, and if people  are new to finding a good mentoring, or someone that you can look up to, noticing them walking the talk, you have to do a lot of research and make an informed decision as to who you are going to listen to, and take action.  I can tell you that I’m learning everyday in being creative and writing content that is relevant to this blog page.  And I honestly can say that anybody can do it.  Doesn’t matter in what level your are you can start learning this path of creating blogs with good content, that can help you release the potential in you.  I would love for you to comment on this post, since I’m new in this path and I would like to see where should I improve.  Thank you for reading this far and I hope that this post have help you in any way.

I would like to start this post, by telling you that life keeps evolving when you constantly improving your relationship as a father and a husband.  I’m discovering in my journey as such, that regardless the situation that we face each day, we really have a choice in the way we think in a certain given situation.  Let me explain what I mean, we all know how tough and challenging  it can be, raising and educating children, there is always a single or more challenges everyday, and the way we handle those challenges, in my experienced and journey, I have discovered, that when you are in the right frame of mind feeling empowered in your spirit, it makes challenges much more easy to handle, and the outcome can make the difference in your child attitude and behavior, we all know that we are a role model everyday of outlives while we nurture and educate our children, so wouldn’t make sense to think about this in a natural way, and start building Empowering Thoughts as a Father in areas such as what we think, how we live in terms of showing role model, how we talk in front of children, how we behave, etc.  It could all lead to building a good foundation for your children, so when they grow older and become more independent,  they can face the real world, with all their education and resources to keep evolving themselfs and choosing a path in their lives that fulfills them as a person, and therefore, make a difference in this world we live in.  Love and education makes a real impact on children.  I would love to hear comments on this post, as a Father I’m always learning and I’m gratefull to have children and have the opportunity to grow and evolve and pass on to them what I know best in my expirienced in my life.  What are your thoughts?, please share.

I would like to start this post by thanking everyone that has giving me a hand in starting this blog, I’m passionate when it comes to helping people achieved the best they can be and manifest their goals in real life experience, at what ever task they put themselves in, and at the same time this blog can help me  improve on my communication and writing skills.  What I have learned in my experienced in this life time, is that when we surrender all, and Be Grateful For Where You Are , not only you are thanking the creator of this universe but you are opening your crown chackra to channel the energy given to all of us, which by far when we genuine connect it we can receive this amazing power, the universe has a place for all of us, and by giving thanks to this amazing power, the universe starts the process in giving back what you are destine to have and achieved.
