TweetAs you well know, this blog site is on the topic of self improvement. And today I would like to talk and write about, the topic of ‘Self Awareness’. Self improvement living greatest mission, is to guide people into self discovery and personal growth and development, in the many different areas of our life’s. Sometimes it takes that little bit of motivation and that understanding about the true path that we come here to experience on earth. And sometimes we need answers to the most basic principles which need to be considered, if we truly want to make a difference and change negative aspects of our lives. And that’s one of the core reasons that self improvement living was created. And our commitment is in delivering great content, that basically can change your life for the better, in showing you the possibilities that can bring to your experience in this world and life path.
What does it mean to have Self Awareness
Capacity To be in touch with one whole perception field, meaning your environmental surroundings at a particular given time, thoughts that comes to your mind in certain situations, we may notice certain emotions or flows of energy, intuition, gut feeling, also different physiological changes around your body, eg.. Heat, coldness, sweat, heart beating. Also experiences in life which has giving you a lesson or direction to follow. Your values and beliefs that you bring with you from a young age to adulthood.
Building self awareness is to search within our own life, and know yourself with much more understanding of who you truly are.
Self Awareness is like a light turned onto ourselves, in other words, to pay full attention and look deep into our soul, ourselves.
“We are spiritual soul beings having a human experience, not human beings having a spiritual experience.”
-Quote-
This term may also mean different to someone that has different values and beliefs, for example, Someone from a very strong religious background, could mean by having that connection with God. Or someone else may call it, the connection with the divine power. What ever it is, we all have this within us, and is up to you to search within yourself to developed it.
Self Awareness is the foundation for positive change. For example, If you want to change a bad habit, first of all you recognise the bad habit, and noticing the consequences of such bad habit, self awareness, will lead you in the process of correcting itself in replacing it with a positive habit. In turn, the more self aware we will come, the more power we’ll have to create positive changes in our life’s, that will bring more happiness and a fulfilled way of living.
Self awareness gives you the privilege and satisfaction in making decisions, which are best for our selves, in determining what we do with them. Change is part of our living, and self awareness will most definitely lead us into the right direction, improving day by day, months by month, year to year, etc. Self awareness will remove us from situations which no longer serves us, and have no benefit for us and our spiritual growth. We will see the outcome of our decisions in a more favourable fashion. I consider, self awareness as a great tool in our lives, to live a life full of improvement and success.
Have a most rewarding and healthy day ahead. Love and peace.
Kind regards,
Kathy and Paulo.
